Sputnik, il vaccino che viene dal freddo

Efficacia dichiarata altissima (92%), prezzo contenuto (10 dollari a dose), scarsi effetti collaterali: mentre in Europa mancano i vaccini e le dosi arrivano con il contagocce, tutti parlano di Sputnik V. Il siero russo però in Europa non arriva e la sua autorizzazione si sta trasformando in un giallo. Per Ema il dossier sarebbe ancora incompleto, i russi invece dicono che è tutto pronto e aprono le porte dei loro stabilimenti. Gli inviati di Report sono stati a Mosca, nelle fabbriche che producono il vaccino, dove nemmeno gli ispettori europei sono ancora ancora riusciti a entrare. E hanno scoperto che l’ispezione avverrà soltanto a metà maggio, quindi per vedere Sputnik in Europa dovremo aspettare almeno due mesi. Attraverso le interviste esclusive ad Alexander Gintsburg, capo dell’Istituto Gamaleya che ha scoperto la formula, e ai più alti responsabili del progetto, Report mostrerà perché lo sbarco di Sputnik in Europa non è solo una questione scientifica, ma anche una complessa partita geopolitica, e svelerà la reale capacità produttiva delle fabbriche russe, per rispondere alla domanda che tutti si pongono: Sputnik è davvero la soluzione ai problemi dell’Europa? Con immagini e testimonianze inedite l’inchiesta racconterà anche come sta andando la campagna vaccinale in Russia, un Paese che oggi vive come se il Coronavirus non esistesse.

The Berlin Bike Wars are what happens when grown-up punks play around with old bicycles and welding machines. It’s a battle between crusts, fought every May atop their own creations at the Carnival of Subculture in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district. Twenty eight-year-old Sev is one of the co-founders of Bike Wars. The Dutchman is a professional welder, who has been lovingly spreading fear, terror, and bruises with his monster bike Pink Assassin for four consecutive years now.
