O-live: An Artistic Journey from Nature to the Urban “O-live” transforms olive oil production into

an art form, creating a multi-sensory experience. This dinner is a celebration of art, music and food,

serving as a bridge that carries the essence of nature into the heart of the urban art gallery

During dinner, my latest short documentary film, “O-Live”, will be shown, in which you’ll
learn how this wonderful oil is made. From the tree to your plate. In the
film, you’ll see me up a tree, hard at work harvesting the green gold.

Another highlight of the evening will be a video conference with an olive farmer from the
Ponente hinterland in Liguria, who will give us an update on the current situation of living off Grid. and add some spice to the evening.
